The following rates are on a per night basis & include:

Booking Conditions :

1. A deposit of 50 per cent of the rental amount must be received by Banyan Estate Management within seven working days after the confirmation of reservation has been given, to guarantee reservation.
2. For Low Season bookings, final payment is required 45 days prior to departure.
3. For High Season bookings, final payment is required 60 days prior to departure or immediatly if the booking is made less than 45 days prior to departure.
4. A minimum of 6 nights is required for High Season bookings.
5. Payments can be made in US$, via Electronic Transfer or by credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 4% bank surcharge.
6. Deposits will be refunded in full less US$200.00 if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to departure for Low Season bookings or 90 days for High Season bookings. In the event a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to departure, the deposit will be forfeited.
7. Notice of cancellation must be received by Banyan Estate Management in writing.
8. Final Payments are non-refundable.

**Allowances on any of the above conditions can be made and will be determined on a case by case scenario.**
